Purification system modules with electrostatic filters


APPLICATIONS
The MF-E electrostatic filter modules were designed and manufactured to be inserted as filter systems in centralised fume gas extraction systems in industrial contexts.
Given the high efficiency of the filters installed in the different modules, these may also be expanded for use with other types of fumes; depending on the composition, they are recommended for the filtration of welding fumes (even oily), for the treatment of air in civil facilities, for the reduction of solvents in low concentrations, as well as odour removal processes.
Considering the reduced size, the filters can be installed in places with limited availability of space. Furthermore, the smaller versions can be equipped with wall-mounted applications which help to optimise the useful spaces of the work area.
The activated carbon filter module has a load bearing containment structure, formed by extruded aluminium profiles. These support the double-wall panels, pre-painted in grey RAL 7032, galvanised inward facing sides, interposed with 25 mm polyurethane foam to ensure a perfect water-tight seal of the module.
The filters, fitted to a guide, are housed inside; 2 pre-filters (one metal anti-intrusion spark trap, one class EU4-G4 pleated polyester filter.
The filter consists of an electrostatic cell with a patented system providing an A UNI 11254 filter class, comparable to class H12 UNI 1822 which provides constant efficiency up to a load of 600 g of fine particulates.

The IN/OUT diameters are recommended and available in the optional input and output hoppers.

WALL-MOUNTED SHELF

Wall bracket kit consisting of galvanised steel and guides for fixing to the filter module.
Wall-mounted installation is only possible for smaller modules to facilitate their installation and eliminate any risks related to heavier wall-mounted modules.

PLENUM FOR ARM AIR EXTRACTION

Powder coated and welded steel adapter for connecting MF 50 filter module to IBS - IBSA - IBF series extractor arm.
N.B. This accessory serves to create a wall-mounted module which can provide mechanical or electrostatic filtration by means of modules MF 50 T and MF 50 E

ROUNDED SQUARE FITTING

Hopper in galvanised steel to be secured to the filter module by means of connection to the rigid hose in extraction and expulsion.
Two fittings are required in order for installation to be carried out correctly.

REGULATING DAMPER

Circular butterfly damper with graduated control in galvanised sheet metal to provide greater control on the air flow rate and speed, as well as for adjusting extraction fan performance ensuring it operates within its standard parameters.
